Rented studio with loggia located in a secure residence, on the 6th floor, with elevator, facing the entrance to the Royat thermal baths.

The studio is in the immediate vicinity of the casino and all amenities.
The studio is ideally located, with a bus stop in front of it that takes you directly to Place de Jaude or Clermont-Ferrand train station.

A second stop takes you to Vulcania and the Puy de Dôme.

The Chamalières-Royat SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk from the residence.

located on the 6th floor, this bright, newly refurbished studio apartment features all amenities:
double bed (140X200) with ergonomic mattress,
flat-screen TV
a fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, microwave, mini-oven, Senseo kettle and coffee-maker, cutlery);
a shower room,
separate toilet,
and the little extra: a loggia with table and chairs overlooking the spa and its grounds.

The studio also has a washing machine and removable air conditioning.

All linen is made from organic cotton.

Linen provided (optional) includes :
kitchen linen,
two large bath towels,
one small bath towel,
sheets, comforter and comforter cover.

Traveler access:
Arrival from 4pm independently.
Departure until 11:00 am or see the manager.

Arrival and departure are autonomous via a key box.
The box is located near the Royat Burger restaurant.
