Completely refurbished in 2018, it is tastefully decorated. To the left of the hall is a large room with a kitchen area (4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) and a spacious lounge area with TV, comfortable new sofa and rocking chair.
To the right is the large bedroom with a 140cm bed and an 80cm bed. The bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is very pleasant. A laundry cupboard with washing machine is located in the hall.
A 70m2 private garden courtyard welcomes you for sunny meals and siestas in the shade (or the opposite). Lilacs in May, Morello cherries in June and July, lawn and flowers, and a large holly tree watches over it all. You can also park a car here.
It’s an ideal base from which to discover the Auvergne and Cantal regions, go for long hikes in the forest, swim in the mountain lakes, discover the beauty of the villages and visit the superb monuments.
La Bourboule is a lively little spa town, with something going on every day, including musical aperitifs and concerts in the town square. Media library and cinema.
There are plenty of restaurants where you can discover the local gastronomy. Brasseries and stylish cafés are there for a refreshing drink on the terrace, or a hot one in the lounges. There’s even a casino ! The thermal baths offer spa treatments, massages, beauty treatments and more….
