This 4-person apartment comprises : living room with round table, convertible sofa, TV and south-facing balcony with folding table and chairs.
One bedroom with 2 90cm beds (or 1 160cm bed), storage space and loggia with outside access. A fully-equipped kitchenette (electric hob, M.O., mini oven, kitchen utensils, etc.), a shower room and separate toilet.
Wifi point in the residence with small library available, covered and heated garage, janitor on site.
