Dolmen de la Pineyre
Saint-Nectaire
Located between puy de Châteauneuf and Freydefond. This dolmen appears to have a complex architecture, unlike the other simple dolmens in Saint-Nectaire. It dates from the Neolithic period and was listed as a historic monument in 1923.
Tumulus-Dolmen de La Pennet (or Pineyre) has also unfortunately seen its burial chamber excavated and stolen, with all its archaeological furniture now lost.
