Today, it’s a very damaged monument that has suffered greatly over the years. All that remains are 3 collapsed supports on which rests a beautiful roof slab weighing around 15 tons.
Site access : from Saint-Nectaire le Bas (opposite the Tourist Office), take the D150 towards Sapchat. On foot : before the village entrance and the small bridge, turn left for 300 m along a track leading up to the plateau (towards “les couverts”). The dolmen is on the ridge just to your left (see documents below).

The dolmen is located on agricultural land that is sometimes used to graze livestock. There are no paths or signs indicating its location.
