A driveway lined with 5-metre-high hornbeams leads to the château’s half-moon-shaped main courtyard. The courtyard features lawn parterres punctuated by boxwood and pruned yew trees, as well as ponds. The courtyard is bordered by blind-arched retaining walls topped with arbors.
Access to the gardens is via two staircases, each topped by a turret. On either side of the central avenue, each terrace features two identical gardens. Set in a rectangular space and bordered by two rows of bower, they feature paths radiating out from a central pool. Each compartment delimited by the paths is bordered by a double row of pruned boxwood enclosing a rose garden.
To the south-east of the château, an oval green room features a central basin. Also framed by several rows of hornbeams, a labyrinth and a grove.
