In 1987, the association called Pierre le Vénérale bought and then saved the most wonderful piece of architecture of it : the “lady of the woods” chapel. Magnificent building with unique keystones and the story of the town and his monastery.

La Maison du Patrimoine est un excellent point de départ pour comprendre l’histoire Clunisienne et plus largement l’histoire tout court de Sauxillanges.
