Waterfall

Accessible on foot from the car park near the bridge, the waterfall is in fact a penstock of the Sioule river, created by monks for the installation of a mill.

A narrow strip of land was cut through a meander and a sluice was used to shut off the water during floods to protect the mill wheel.
The surrounding area is equipped for relaxation and picnicking, and the Romanesque church is worth a visit, particularly for its exceptional mural frescoes.(…)
