The three Chambonnet vats

Sauret-Besserve

The waterfall of the 3 vats of Chambonnet is one of the best kept secrets of the Combrailles. The stream of the Cubes descends successively into 3 natural potholes and forms a waterfall, in the heart of the forest.

From the small hamlet of Chambonnet, with its old church transformed into a dwelling and its footbridge over the Sioule river, you can access the 3 vats.
However, the waterfall may run out of water in times of drought.
