The tour includes commentary, demonstrations and videos.
In our store, you’ll be able to choose from a wide range of knives, including one specific to our “Puy Cervier” association.

We also offer an assembly workshop for the “Montagnard Thiernois” knife :

Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st and May 8th.

Closed exceptionally on July 14th and August 15th.

From 01/09 to 31/12, every Monday between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm.
Closed exceptionally on November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
