As part of regular sessions, Sensitive Massage® not only provides a momentary sense of well-being, it also helps you to get to know your own body and its reactions better, and to manage tension more effectively. Step by step, the person being massaged becomes the actor in their own relaxation.
Course of a Sensitive Massage session :
The session lasts 1 hour.
I’ll welcome you for a time to get to know each other and find out what your needs are at the moment, so that I can tailor the massage to your wishes.
Then I invite you to the massage, a time for you.
The massage is done at your convenience: clothed (without oil), partially clothed, undressed (with oil).
At the end of the session, I offer you time to talk if you wish to express the bodily sensations you felt during the massage.
I use quality organic vegetable oils.
I offer a range of oils made from flowers and aromatic plants from my garden (Damask rose oil, chamomile, lavender, blackcurrant, helichrysum, etc.).
The massages I offer are intended to promote well-being, and are in no way similar to physiotherapy or any medical practice.
