Between high-altitude lakes, beech and fir forests, volcanic ridges and panoramic views over the wide-open spaces of the Auvergne, ZENATURE offers days designed to reconnect you with what’s essential.

ZENATURE is a selection of immersive activities in the heart of the Sancy:

Guided hikes on volcanic ridges
Mountain bike and VAE outings between forests and plateaus
Wild plant picking and herbal tea-making workshops
Forest baths to slow down, breathe and feel…
Each activity is designed as an interlude, a bubble of reconnection.
