Chalus
A small 6.5 ha family estate, our vineyard in Chalus is planted with Gamay, Pinot and Chardonnay grapes on clay-limestone soil mixed with volcanic ash. Liqueurs artisanales du Lembron verbena, mint, elderberry….
Our 6.5 ha of vines are located in Lembron, in the Boudes Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée and in the Indication Géographique Protégée du Puy de Dôme.
We have 3 grape varieties : Gamay and Pinot Noir for our red and rosé wines, and Chardonnay for our white wine.
