The village of Boudes was once a fortified town. However, it’s location in the heart of the wine producing area makes the visitor want to linger a little more… Admire the old houses with their genoese style roofs (gendarme’s cap) which cannot be seen elsewhere. The new generation of wine producers has given a new life to the succulent local Boudes wine.

The many wine-growing houses of Boudes testify to the wine-growing tradition of this village. Today, the cellars of the Boudes winegrowers show that this tradition is still relevant today.
