All year round on Monday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 3 pm and 5.30 pm. On Wednesday and Friday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 1.30 pm and 6 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm.

- Registration upon presentation of your identity card and proof of address less than 3 months old.
