In the heart of the Puy-de-Dôme, not far from the Allier, in a hamlet of Lapeyrouse, this spacious gîte, created by joining two houses together, offers an ideal setting for stays with extended family or friends, accommodating up to 14 people.

This family home has been lovingly renovated by owners who care about your comfort. Its large living areas are perfect for sharing convivial moments.

The gîte features a beautiful courtyard with a shelter for two cars, a lovely garden, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court and two football goals, providing plenty of outdoor entertainment for both children and adults.

A private 12 x 5 m swimming pool with a cover is included in the rental.

In the commune of Lapeyrouse, the Plan d’eau des Marins offers a swimming area with a supervised equipped beach, play areas, a 2 km path around the lake suitable for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as a snack bar open from June to September.

Nearby, the Combrailles area and the Chaîne des Puys offer many opportunities for hiking and nature walks. The Puy de Dôme, Vulcania and the Gorges de la Sioule are also accessible for day trips.

The gîte is laid out as follows :

First house

On the ground floor :

* a living room ;
* a dining room ;
* a fully equipped kitchen ;
* a separate toilet with washbasin.

Upstairs :

* one bedroom with three 90 cm beds ;
* one bedroom with three 90 cm beds that can be joined together ;
* one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its own private shower room ;
* a shower room ;
* a separate toilet ;
* a mezzanine relaxation area with games for children.

Second house

On the ground floor :

* a disabled-access shower room equipped with a standard shower, a hydromassage shower and toilet ;
* a living room ;
* a dining room with a summer kitchen, opening onto the terrace and allowing you to enjoy it in every season.

Upstairs :

* one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed ;
* one bedroom with a motorised 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed.

A fishing pond can be privately booked for the day, on request from the owner.
