A summer residence ready to welcome you as a family, with friends, as a couple or even alone with your four-legged companions.

We have a private enclosed garden to keep your beloved companions safe. If you’d like to stay and relax, the property is bordered by a road with little traffic, and surrounded by pastures where silence reigns. A variety of forest walks and hikes are nearby. For those with a keen eye, mushroom picking and fishing can be activities in communion with nature. For the little ones, there’s a swing and slide in the private garden. Rain or shine, there’s a games room with table tennis, table soccer, darts, punching bag and rowing machine.

As soon as you enter, a large living room opens up, with on one side a living room with TV and hi-fi system for your festive evenings, a children’s area where games are available and a small balcony with a view of the Sancy mountain range. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the private garden, pastures and forest. There’s a bright bathroom with a bathtub. On the mezzanine level, a folding screen separates the parents’ area from the friends/children’s area. A self-service library is available for you to share your reading with former and future tenants. A west-facing terrace with barbecue lets you enjoy your stay in the Auvergne to the full.

Less than 2km from the property, you’ll find three trout rivers and a mushroom forest, with bike rentals available. Alternatively, you’ve got Le Bourg, where you’ll find a wide range of amenities, two museums and a media library offering regular cultural activities. Within a 10km radius you have the Béal des Rosiers, where you can jog around the water, swim and fish.
20km away, you can visit La Bourboule and Le Mont Dore, where a large, pleasant park awaits you for convivial relaxation in the mountain air. For a bit of adrenalin, summer tobogganing and accrobranche can give you a thrill. And on rainy days, the bowling alley, skating rink and cinema will welcome you. La Bourboule and Le Mont Dore are spa towns. Their waters treat a variety of skin and respiratory ailments, and are renowned for their beneficial effects. During the summer months, you’ll find morning and evening markets and craft stores. On the Corrèze side of the region, horse-riding centers offer lessons as well as forest walks for all levels.
Within a 40km radius, you’ll reach the Chaîne des Puys with its numerous volcanoes, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the heart of these Dômes et Cômes, Vulcania and Puy de Lemptégy will help you learn more about this unique heritage in mainland France. At the foot of the Puy-de-Dôme, the capital of the Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand, will be on hand to introduce you to its specialities and the Auvergne atmosphere.
At varying distances (from very close to quite far), there are many hikes and waterfalls to discover, so you can commune with nature and soak up the pure mountain air.
