Nestling against the rock along the Couze Pavin, the village of Saint-Floret is protected by the keep of a fortified castle. At its foot, winegrowers’ houses are served by medieval alleyways.
There are still important remains of the feudal complex that defends the village of Saint-Floret. The lower castle preserves magnificent 14th century frescos. It is the only French representation of a version of Tristan’s novel
