An educational trail and a pushchair-friendly route will help you explore this area.
The themed trail will help you discover Chancelade Pond through educational panels designed by pupils from the primary schools in Biollet, Espinasse and Charensat.
Along the water’s edge, you’ll find picnic tables in several spots, as well as a small playground and dry toilets.
Two wooden jetties offer views of the woodland landscape.
There are several parking areas :
– By the embankment,
– Next to the large information board,
– By the pond (tarmac access via La Gorce and at the start of the pushchair trail).
Please note that in the event of heavy rain, part of the nature trail (near the water’s edge) may be temporarily flooded.
Follow the Allée des Curadis from the hamlet of La Gorce ; there is a car park near the Chancelade pond.
