This magnificent crater lake, jewel of the Combrailles, has 2 areas dedicated to swimming, opposite the creperie and taking the path on the right. On-site activities: hiking, canoe and pedal boat rental in season.

For reasons of hygiene and water quality, swimming is authorized but any canoeing with outdoor equipment is prohibited (paddle, inflatable boat, buoy, etc.). Canoe® rental and pedal boat on request from the creperie.

Prices and payment methods

Free access. Canoe hire (01/07 to 31/08): €10 for half an hour and €15 for 1 hour.
Maximum 3 people per canoe.
Pedalo hire (01/07 to 31/08): €15 for half an hour and €20 for 1 hour.
Maximum 4 people per pedalo.

Pets accepted on a leash.
Bathing of dogs is permitted outside the two bathing areas.
We remind pet owners that they are responsible for this and that they must take all necessary measures to avoid any inconvenience or incident (droppings, ripped garbage bags, noise pollution, etc.). We appeal to everyone’s civic-mindedness, so that the Pays des Combrailles retains its pleasant and friendly living environment.
