Departing from the spa town of Royat, a short, multi-faceted day trip.

You’ll discover a variety of landscapes, from the Tiretaine valley to the Royat state forest, crossing pastures and moors that stretch out at the foot of the Chaîne des Puys. Beautiful paths and views in prospect !

Close to a public transportation, Bus stop < 500 m, TER stop (regional train) within 500 m

Access

Access to Royat by bus : “Place Allard” lines B and 5 (daily) and 26 (except Sundays) ; “Pépinière” line 5. By train : Royat SNCF station ; trains from Clermont, La Rotonde or Durtol.
To reach the starting point, cross the spa park.
