Accompanied by a nature guide, you’ll start the afternoon with a guided walk through the landscapes surrounding the farm.
You’ll then continue your visit with Quentin and David, who raise Montbéliarde cows using organic farming methods.
On their family farm, they’ll give you a glimpse into their daily lives, their herd, and how they turn their milk into Saint-Nectaire, the region’s iconic cheese.
What’s included :
• A guided walk along the trails bordering the farm
• An exclusive meeting with the farmer to learn about his craft and passion
• Explanations about livestock farming, how the farm operates, and its facilities
• A chance to share and discuss the region, local agriculture, and farm products
