Country house ‘Chez le Fils
History: house built in 1920, part of a livestock farm
Located at the entrance to the village of Bouzarat, at an altitude of 750 m
East-facing, sunny in the morning, the house stays cool during the day. It offers a superb panoramic view of the Auvergne volcanoes, from the start of the Puys chain to the Sancy.
The house was renovated in 2014 and offers 110 m², spread over two levels:
– Ground floor
A kitchen-dining room where the local style has been preserved: large fireplace with wood-burning stove (not available for rentals), period staircase, lava stone floor preserved in part of the main room.
You’ll find all the crockery and cutlery you need for 6 occupants, and all the kitchen equipment you’ll need (gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, etc.).
A utility room with fridge-freezer and washing machine. A lounge and WC.
– First floor:
3 bedrooms: the blue bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), the orange bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and the parma bedroom with a double bed (140cm).

Exterior:
The house has an UNENCLOSED plot of 1500 m².
You can make the most of the outside area with garden furniture and a barbecue (not to be used in dry weather).
Access to the farm buildings is not permitted, as most of them are closed or have a ‘No Trespassing’ sign.
A shed is available for cars.
