How does Open Pro work ?

There are several options available to you :

1. You already have a booking management system

There are many booking systems available, and they vary depending on your business : hotels, holiday cottages and self-catering accommodation, activities, etc.
They can be linked to the online booking system to synchronise your availability in real time and allow visitors to book your services directly.

Your listings can then be promoted :

on your Tourist Office’s website ;
on the department’s or region’s tourism website ;
on your own website

Existing integration solutions will be presented to you by your ‘online sales’ contact at your Tourist Office or by the departmental representative.

Welcome to this Open Pro getting-started tutorial.

Creating and Setting Up Your Account

After logging into your account, start by entering your personal information. Some fields are required, particularly your email address, which will be used to automatically send booking notifications to your guests.

Next, enter information about your property : description, amenities, services, photos, and features. This information will help showcase your property to online users.

Creating Your Accommodations

You can then create your accommodation(s) by specifying their type, capacity, rating, and description.

You can also add photos, translations, and select the features that will appear as icons on your booking page.

Exploring the Main Menus

With Open Pro, you can :

manage your contact information and login settings ;
