During the oenobalade on July 30, Annie invites you to immerse yourself in the small world that surrounds the vine. As you quietly make your way through the vineyard, you’ll discover the insects that protect the leaves, the plants that enrich the soil and the birds that naturally contribute to the balance of the terroir.
The walk is simple and open to all. We observe what’s going on around us, make comparisons and ask questions. Annie explains in a straightforward and understandable way how these different “friends” contribute to the good health of the vines and the life of the vineyard landscape.
The evening ends with a tasting among the vines. Adults enjoy the estate’s wines, while younger guests enjoy a syrup made from wild edible plants. It’s a friendly, soothing way to appreciate the vineyard in a different way, by understanding everything that helps it to flourish.
