During the oenobalade on August 20, Annie will take you on a discovery of the volcanic history that has shaped the Boudes landscape. Walking among the vines on the basalt flow, you’ll see the traces of the ancient volcanoes that gave this terroir its distinctive personality.

The walk is accessible to all, and combines nature, geology and local history. Annie simply explains how these dark rocks, reliefs and soils of volcanic origin influence the vines, the maturity of the grapes and the style of the wines produced here. It gradually becomes clear why Boudes wines have such a unique identity.

The evening ends with a tasting in the heart of the vineyard, surrounded by the volcanic landscape. A warm moment to taste the estate’s wines, while linking each aroma to the geological history that gave rise to them.
