What is Apidae ?
Apidae is a platform that allows you to centralise tourist information relating to your business (descriptions, photos, prices, opening hours, services, etc.) so that it can be widely shared with visitors.
This information can be used at tourist information centres, over the phone or by email, as well as to feed into a wide range of communication channels : websites, mobile apps, interactive kiosks, information boards, print publications, etc.
How does Apidae work ?
Apidae operates on the basis of collaboration between tourism providers, tourist information centres and the local council.
What is your role as a tourism provider ?
Every year, tourism providers in Puy-de-Dôme send their local tourist office information about their business : descriptions, photos, prices, opening hours, capacity, facilities, services, availability, etc.
Depending on the area, one or more update campaigns are organised to ensure that the information is reliable and up to date.

The role of the Tourism Department of the Puy-de-Dôme Departmental Council
The Departmental Tourism Department works alongside tourist information centres to support the continuous improvement of the quality of departmental tourism data.
Our team provides technical and methodological support to local teams and also helps to input certain data falling within its direct remit, notably certain events or the PDIPR hiking trails.
