Morning programme & summary videos

The morning session explored the region's key tourism issues, with key speakers and the presentation of strategic orientations. The programme included

Observations : What does the tourism sector represent in the department's economy ? What are the key figures ? What do our customers do there ? How much do they spend ? How satisfied are they ? Presentation of the results of the 2024-2025 customer survey carried out among visitors, the key data on tourism in the Puy-de-Dôme and the actions planned in terms of observation from 2026. ⇒ Summary video
Inspiration : using real, local data and concrete examples, Daniel Ray, Director of the Customer Capital Institute at Grenoble École de Management, will talk to you about 2 concepts at the heart of our business : "hospitality" and "customer satisfaction".
Working together : what services is the County Council going to provide to the tourism industry ? Presentation of the new departmental tourism strategy, the new working method and the actions planned from 2026.
