Morning programme & summary videos

The morning session explored the region's key tourism issues, with key speakers and the presentation of strategic orientations. The programme included

Observations: What does the tourism sector represent in the department's economy? What are the key figures? What do our customers do there? How much do they spend? How satisfied are they? Presentation of the results of the 2024-2025 customer survey carried out among visitors, the key data on tourism in the Puy-de-Dôme and the actions planned in terms of observation from 2026. ⇒ Summary video
Inspiration: using real, local data and concrete examples, Daniel Ray, Director of the Customer Capital Institute at Grenoble École de Management, will talk to you about 2 concepts at the heart of our business: "hospitality" and "customer satisfaction".
Working together: what services is the County Council going to provide to the tourism industry? Presentation of the new departmental tourism strategy, the new working method and the actions planned from 2026.
