Starting from the village of Mirefleurs, mountain bike route no. 20 – Saladis – heads towards Les Martres-de-Veyre before skirting the Corent plateau. Stretching over 11 km with a moderate elevation gain (+220 m), this loop combines the coolness of the water’s edge, hillside landscapes and a geological feature rarely found in Auvergne.

Highlights of the mountain bike route :
• The Saladis salt spring : After passing through Mirefleurs and reaching Les Martres-de-Veyre, discover this natural resurgence of salt water, home to unique halophilic vegetation.
• The foothills of Corent : Ride past the legendary Gallic oppidum of Corent to enjoy unobstructed views over the Allier valley and the surrounding volcanic hills.
