Route description

Starting in Aydat, mountain bike trail No. 13, “Sentier du Bois,” is a short, 2.5-km introductory loop. It’s a fun trail through the woods that combines easy sections with short technical stretches to test your bike-handling skills.

The Base VTT des Volcans is a veritable playground for lovers of nature, heritage and mountain biking. Located south of Clermont-Ferrand, this accredited base offers 25 marked trails, accessible from 6 starting villages : Mirefleurs, La Roche-Blanche, Authezat, Saint-Saturnin, Vic-le-Comte and Aydat.
